Swedish travel management company Resia has rebranded as Reed & Mackay some 20 months after it was acquired by Navan – known as TripActions at the time – in March 2022.

Reed & Mackay, itself acquired by Navan in May 2021, announced earlier this year that Gothenburg-based Resia would be brought under the control of the high-touch, service-focused brand.

“It has been such a privilege getting to know the brilliant team in Sweden over the last six months, and I’m thrilled that under the Reed & Mackay brand we can deliver even greater value to our Sweden-based clients as well as providing exciting career opportunities to our employees,” said Julie Oliver, CEO Europe, Reed & Mackay.

Eva Moen, managing director, Nordics, Reed & Mackay, added: “We have numerous service enhancements coming soon and product developments due to land in early 2024 – watch this space.”
